San Francisco bay smells like oil

I took a walk today to the San Francisco's pier number one, near the Ferry building and, near the Bay Bridge, where 58,000-gallon of oil got spilled a week ago. I wanted to get some fresh ocean air and to see how the bay is doing.

I coudn't see much oil floating on the water, but I could definitely smell it. In fact, oil was all I could smell. No ocean. Birds and jelly fish seemed to be doing just fine, swimming in the water, diving, catching fish. Several signs are posted along the piers. “No fishing, no swimming until further notice. Polluted water.”

It looks like they are still trying to clean the bay.
